Mission for uSell Account Manager

To manage and grow uSell's relationships with it's network of clients (professional buyers sourcing product through our marketplace) in order to ensure partner satisfaction, retain existing partners, and grow the scope of business our partners are doing with uSell. Daily initiatives will include educating customers on new initiatives, monitoring their activity and performance, and finding opportunities to grow the strategic relationships. The Account Manager will also onboard new partners to grow uSell's buyer base and ensure that they are well educated on the uSell platform in order to ensure long-term success. In addition, the Account Manager will also track key partner performance metrics to track trends and pro-actively identify potential issues and opportunities.

Outcomes

1. Ensure a 95%+ satisfaction rate with all buyers, a sub-10% annual attrition rate of existing partner base, and quarter over quarter business growth for each client/buyer that the Account Manager is responsible for.

- Maintain a deep understanding of each buyer's business and goals and develop long-term
partnership based relationships, and how they can be levweraged by uSell's solution
- Closely monitor buyer performance metrics on a daily basis
- Distill potential opportunities and issues, and share both internally and directly with our client base
along with recommendations based on these findings

2. Promote and protect uSell's interests when dealing with buyers in order to facilitate desired outcomes, ensure all buyer Service Level Agreements are being met and that all buyer accounts are in good standing.

- Understand how the buyer's interests relate to uSell's broader goals, including corporate direction and the forward-facing seller experience, and keep these in mind in all interactions with uSell's buyer base
- Optimize monitoring efforts to ensure buyers are meeting their agreed upon service levels when processing orders and keeping their uSell accounts fully funded
- Leverage close relationships with buyers in order to have "difficult" conversations with buyers and work with them in forming plans to improve areas of performance where necessary
- Develop plans to correct for buyers with persistent issues in meeting their obligations, including effectively parting ways with buyers who fail to meet their obligations

3. Ensure all qualified new buyers are quickly educated on the platform, on-boarded and remain engaged with active participation from the time of launch through daily activity and program ramp-up.

- Have a deep understanding of the uSell business model, processes and platforms and be able to effectively communicate all aspects of current and upcoming initiatives with buyers in order to optimize their performance and engagement
- Promptly address any questions or concerns the partner has, and work with them on best practices when initially setting up their campaign in order to ensure a successful launch and avoid pitfalls you have seen with new buyer launches in the past
- Collaborate with the Technology and Finance teams, as well as third party uSell logistics vendors, to provide a central point of communication in facilitating the execution of all necessary contracts and onboarding processes

4. Effectively monetize High Quantity Leads, a new business channel for uSell, and arrange off-platform sales requests between both buyers and sellers in a timely manner to optimize revenue and help buyers meet their inventory goals.

- Shop large volume offers through our network of buyers in order to provide a maximum return to the seller and uSell, as well as providing our buyers with the relevant inventory that they are seeking
- Manage the off-platform sales process from end to end, including forward facing customer communication, buyer communication, logistics arrangements and final payment
- Provide customers with a relevant quote within 2 business days of receiving all inbound requests in order to ensure a high level of customer service to both our buyer and seller bases
