Job description:
The Operations team is the engine that makes Cater2.me run. As an Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily order flow of our business, from ensuring timeliness and accuracy of orders to delivering unparalleled service to our clients. We're looking for scrappy, passionate people who will do everything in their power to make our clients happy. We're the best in the business at customer service and expect each new member of the team to treat our clients like kings. You should be very comfortable on the phone and well-written over email. Problem solvers are welcome as we spend our days handling logistical puzzles and navigating fast-paced sticky situations.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily order flow: check in with vendors, handle client requests
Develop close relationships with customers and deliver industry-leading customer service
Communicate clearly and efficiently with clients and vendors
Solve logistical problems in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of our orders
Develop expertise in food / culinary terminology and concepts to advise and recommend solutions to clients
Actively seek to improve daily operations processes and procedures


Requirements / Experience:

Customer service mentality
Flawless communication, both verbal and written
Comfortable with database, web and spreadsheet technology
Excitement and passion for food
Extreme attention to detail
Startup experience is a plus
4-year college degree
