NY Kids Club Location Manager (Various Locations in NYC) New York City

The New York Kids Club is seeking an experienced, sales-oriented individual to manage a thriving children's enrichment center in New York City.
About Us
The New York Kids Club is New York's premier children enrichment center renowned for creative and innovative kids classes, day camps, birthday celebrations, special events, and preschool programs. We currently have ten thriving locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island City, and are rapidly expanding with two new locations scheduled for opening in Midtown East and Dumbo in 2015 and 2016.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Team Manager and Assistant Location Manager to successfully manage a 700+ client base and a 10+ member staff
Maintain the smooth operation of all programs (classes, camps, birthday parties, events) on a daily basis (including scheduling, staffing, facility maintenance, ordering, payroll, website programming)
Communicate with clients in person, by phone and by email on a daily basis to assist them in selecting appropriate programming for their children and managing their program enrollment
Cultivate strong professional relationships with clients as well as all teaching staff members and other members of management.
Seek to meet location sales and registration goals by taking part in determining which programs to offer, effectively promoting programs to clients, carrying out sales promotions, and instilling urgency and excitement in clients
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communication
Two years of previous management and sales experience is necessary
Ability to build professional relationships quickly with a large client base and with team members
Exceptional communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong emphasis on the ability to listen and present appropriate solutions
Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment with ability to multi-task and prioritize
Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and internet
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
