We are looking for a Process Analyst to assist our COO & President and organizational stakeholders in conducting business process analysis, resulting in the identification of process issues and associated solutions. The analyst will facilitate the analysis and redesign of workflows within and between functions in order to optimize end-to-end processes with a focus on cross-functional initiatives and decision making. In addition to providing task or project guidance on various work-streams, the analyst will have responsibility for the study design, data collection, and process improvement methodologies. The analyst will brief stakeholders on status and achievements, provide strategic communications and change management to support new business process implementation effort, and perform on-site data collection to analyze and document standard operating procedures and process models.

Essential Job Functions:

-Work closely with clients to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows
-Brief documentation of current processes and workflows
-Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
-Development of instructional and procedural documentation manuals
-Identification of issues and risks and mitigating actions

Desired Skills and Experience:

-3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably at a consulting company, on large and complex projects
-Strong analytic skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows
-Strong skills in process mapping, process improvement and business process reengineering
-Experience with leading and facilitating meetings or conducting one-on-one interviews to support data gathering efforts
-Expert level experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
-Strong business/client engagement skills
-Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment with the flexibility to easily adapt to changing circumstances
-BA or BS degree
-The successful candidate will have high level communication skills and be able to produce documentation to a high standard.
