wichcraft is hiring a Facilities Manager!

This role will be responsible for the general maintenance, construction and renovation of our stores and offices.

Ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
* 2-3 years minimum previous relevant experience
* Ability to oversee multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
* Proven problem solving skills with an ability to construct cogent action plans
* Self-motivated with a keen focus on multi-tasking
* Ability to organize, delegate and prioritize with full accountability to upper management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The flexibility to work across multiple units with various levels of management
* Advanced knowledge of Construction, Plumbing, and Electrical

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Assess and complete repairs related to construction, light plumbing and electrical with an eye toward efficiency and productivity
* Coordinate routine maintenance and repair of store cooking equipment
* Manage and oversee service vendors including HVAC and Refrigeration
* Conduct regular store visit to manage maintenance of store facilities
* Advanced knowledge of Construction including carpentry and facilities repair
* Basic knowledge of Plumbing and Electrical Systems

Schedule - 45 hours/week -- some weeks may require more hours depending on demands of the business
