Residential Construction Project Manager and Superintendent--Salary up to $125K
Our client is a midtown high-end custom residential (for private owners) construction management and general contracting company. They are expanding their operations and adding to staff. They have two openings: 1) High-end interior Construction Project Manager and 2) High-end interior construction experience. Must have NYC interior high end experience.

The Construction Project Manager needs 6-8 years experience managing multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, Ability to work effectively with both the architects and the trades people.
• Highly proficient with computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and Primavera Contract Manager.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong personal organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness and commitment to quality work.
• Exhibits excellent attendance and punctuality.
• College Degree or equivalent experience.

The Construction Superintendent needs 5-10 years experience supervising NYC high-end interior projects.

Responsibilities
Minimum of 5 years of Superintendent Experience.
• Have supervised a high-end residential project valuing $1-5 million.
• Have supervised a NYC high-end residential project valuing $15-25 million.
• Have experience working with trades that focus on high-end NYC residential apartments.
• Experience working with union and non-union trades.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Capable of maintaining a documentation trail for record purposes.
