Senior Project Manager

TRA studio is a Tribeca based, dynamic, architecture and interior design firm with a wide range of projects, including multi family housing, mixed-used buildings,institutional complexes and reuse/preservation. We are currently looking for a full time, for a highly skilled and organized individuals to produce construction documents & provide construction administration for two new medium-size mixed use buildings, both located in New York City.

Qualifications:

Experience in architectural detailing & project management. particularly as related to medium size projects in New York City.
Able to work independently as well as with teams.Possess excellent organizational skills .
Proficient in AutoCad, Revit preferred
Advanced architecture degrees a plus
Candidates must show a strong design sensibility
Candidates must reside in the New York City area, have working papers and be able to start work immediately
