We are a third generation demolition and site work contractor who works throughout the Five Boroughs of New York City and Long Island.

Responsibilities
• Create technical drawings and plans
• Develop and prepare sketches
• Develop engineering designs and drawings
• Operate computer-assisted design and drafting workstations
• Prepare specifications, costs and material estimates

Education
• Apprenticeship completed, nice to have
• Associate's Degree or College Diploma in drafting, engineering design or related field

Qualifications
• Certification in engineering design or drafting technology
• Trade certification

Skills
• Adapts easily to changing deadlines
• Good computer skills
• Great analytical skills
• Shows initiative
• Well organized
• Works well in a team
• Works well independently

Compensation
Commensurate with Experience
