Looking for artist to share 600 sq.ft. studio space with 3 others.
The space has great natural lighting and you have a nice amount of room work.
Everyone respects each others space and it's generally a pretty low-key environment.
Storage space is also included.

The neighborhood is a thriving artist community with tons of restaurants, bars and shops!
L train is a 5 minute walk away!

First months rent and Security are required
$450 per month
