We are looking for sits in New York City (and open to some other areas)

We do not charge for our services in most cases.

We are a married couple currently living in the New York area and we are non-smokers who adore animals.

Reliable and honest with excellent references.

Extensive experience in caring for animals, plants, supervising renovations and house-sitting.

I am a project manager and have lived in Great Neck and NYC most of my life. My husband of 11 years is a mechanical engineer. We love to travel and explore new neighborhoods.
We look at our house sitting as a business, taking great pride in every sit we do and always ensuring that the home owner is completely satisfied in every way.

We have extensive experience taking care of cats, dogs, plants and fish.
We are very familiar with special needs animals, as we raised a golden retriever with epilepsy.
Our hobby is walking, so dog walking is not an issue.
On the many occasions in which we have provided a sitting service, we have had 100% positive feedback and have received glowing references from all home owners.
My husband considers himself quite the handy man so we are unlikely to have to call a repair person for minor issues.

As part of our professionalism, we provide items such as a House Sitting agreement, home owners checklist and an end of sit report. We also provide you with weekly updates during your time away (although if you prefer not to be disturbed that is ok too). We also provide a thorough cleaning service (free of charge of course) at the end of each sit so you arrive home to a sparkling clean house!
