Enhanced Pet Insurance That Includes: Hip Dysplasia, Additional Care Package & More

Hip dysplasia will be covered for all pets as part of the core policy coverage. Previously, hip dysplasia coverage was available as an optional rider; now, it will be included under core coverage and available to all enrolled pets.

Trupanion has also added the following modalities into core policy as well, colloidal silver treatments, gold seed therapy, herbal therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, kidney transplants, ,platelet rich plasma injections, polyethylene glycol medication, shock-wave therapy, and stem cell therapy.

Fewer overall coverage exclusions. Trupanion's updated policy now includes a very limited list of exclusions that are clearly listed in the policy.

A simpler policy that is easier to understand. Now, when a policyholder chooses to enroll with the "Additional Care Package," virtually all veterinary-recommended treatments will be covered with no financial limits!
