As a fellow cat lover & the proud mother of Isabelle (pictured) I fully understand needing peace of mind when it comes to someone else taking care of my pet, when I'm unavailable or on vacation. I also understand that your pet is happiest & most comfortable at home; and not in a strange environment, where they will be in a restricted space & can possibly pick-up illnesses from other animals.
I am certified by the City Of New York in Animal Care & Handling & stay up to date studying animal behaviorism; having recently taken a seminar in taming feral kittens for adoption. In Seattle I volunteered at the Seattle Animal Shelter; another no-kill facility. I have been a cat volunteer for more than 1-year at Bideawee animal shelter at 410 E. 38th St., where I am also a cat mentor & train new volunteers.
In-home visits are one-half hour long, where I feed your pet, change-out the water, scoop the litter box & do my best to entertain your furry friend. If you require additional services, such as administering pills (no injections), brushing, or whether you prefer longer visits, these are services we can discuss.
Expect great loving service, daily notes about your pet via text or email plus photos; whichever you prefer.
Clients are accepted on a first-come first-served basis.
I charge $20 for a basic half-hour visit & $10 per additional cat.
References available upon demand.
