I offer hourly rates for drop off computer repairs as well as an affordable fixed rate data recovery service. Unlike big box stores with low quality service, high prices, and pushy sales reps, I strive to provide the best service available at a fair price.
In addition to standard services like virus removal, I repair Mac & PC laptops, including screen replacement, and provide a wide range of small businesses services like server support, web hosting setup, hosted Exchange support, VMWare and Parallels virtualization, NAS and RAID backup, and a whole lot of other stuff.
How it Works: We come to you.
Our first step is to set up an appointment. We come to your business or home, which is normally the same day, and we ask some basic questions to get familiar with your issue(s) and how you do things. Business meetings normally require a few hours to sit with your team and ask questions. For home troubleshooting issues we would perform a diagnostic on your computer(s) to try and repeat the problem. During this process we'll communicate with you our findings and then begin to solve your technology problem(s).

We charge $80 per productive hour, there is 1.5 hour minimum. What is a productive hour? If we need to wait half an hour for a scan or some automated process to resolve itself, we will subtract that time from the bill.
