I will be renting my fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of the East Village from June to September (2015). The area is full of restaurants, pharmacies, laundromat/dry clean, etc. and transportation everywhere (trains 6, F, L, M, etc + buses on every street).

About the apartment:

- Is a 2 bedrooms, full equipped Kitchen & a big Living Room. Clean Toilet & shower (both recently renovated). I always kept my place very clean and expect the same from others.
-The place is fully furnished, in one room there's a twin bed and a closet/armoire, TV/DVD Player and a small comfy table. All in very good condition.
-The second room has a queen size bed with closet/armoire, TV/CABLE BOX/DVD Player and a huge wall mirror.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with most appliances necessary and clean.
- Towels included.
- All utilities are included + Wireless Internet and Cable.

Rent: $980 per week (equals $140 per night).

Required: $300 deposit (to be returned at the end of your stay) and each week in advance. No intermediaries (no broker fee non other payments needed).
