The 12'-6" foot ceilings accommodate a sleeping loft area (with a queen size loft bed).
The apartment approximately 600 SF is ideal for a couple or one professional.
There is a fully equipped kitchenette and refrigerator that can be camouflaged behind pull-up curtains and there is a dining area (at the entrance of the apartment) with table and chairs.
The living room is sparsely furnished or extra chairs may be added.
There is a television (flat screen), sound system, good lighting, very chic velvet curtains. It is very quiet and looks onto backyards with a tree that will soon be in bloom.
There is a walk in closet and bathroom with a stand-up shower.
The high ceilings, wood floors - it can be a live/work loft. Air conditioning. The mini loft has northern exposure and intercom.
NOTE: The sleight bed has bed replaced with a white leather sofa.!!
It is a third floor high-ceiling walkup.
BUILDING: Located in Tribeca Historic District East in a national historic landmark cast iron building on the third floor, walk-up
We are looking for a single person, or a couple, quiet and responsible, no parties please!
