Beautiful air conditioned, One Bedroom, one bath, cozy, cottage with couch in Living area, fully equipped kitchenette, barbecue available, plus an OUTDOOR SHOWER for the summer. Located on a quiet cove off Peconic Bay. Cottage is heated for early Spring and Fall. (Queen air mattress available for children & additional guests.)
Centrally located in Cutchogue, we are a short distance to great restaurants, beautiful beaches, vistas, and vineyards. Great place to just get away and RELAX!

LOCAL ACTIVITIES include: bike riding, touring the vineyards, shopping local farm stands, walking through lovely towns with quaint antique shops and art galleries, golf at one of the three courses within a short drive, horseback riding, or just putting your feet up and enjoying the clean country air. You can drive 15 minutes in either direction to visit charming Greenport (make sure you stop in at The Greenport Potter ~ fabulous stuff!)....or Riverhead where you can shop at Tanger Outlets, visit the Aquarium (don't miss their new shark dive!) or go to the Splish Splash Water Park during the summer.

GREAT WATER ACTIVITIES in summer months include: fishing, crabbing, clamming, rowing, kayaking, and swimming.

BASIC 2015 RATES:

WEEKENDS:
$250/night per couple (two children 12 & under, accompanied by parents, stay free)
More than two children - additional charge of $25 per night/per child

$225/night per couple - IF YOU BRING YOUR OWN LINENS!

WEEKDAYS - (Monday thru Thursday but not on Holiday Weekends)
$175/night per couple - IF YOU BRING YOUR OWN LINENS!

(Children 13 & over - $25 each - additional charge, PER NIGHT
Children 18 + are considered adults)

Additional adults - Charge of $75 PER NIGHT for each additional adult.

SPECIAL RATE: $400/night for TWO couples (or FOUR adults),
WHEN YOU BRING YOUR OWN LINENS!

PETS: Well behaved pets are welcome, for a $25 per pet/per night additional charge!
