EARN $375/wk On The Job TRAINING PAY. Following training, you'll earn 15 CPM while you drive with a professional trainer by your side. Then Start out earning more! On average, newly graduated truck driver trainees at Western Express earn essentially the same pay as experienced truck drivers: average 35-38 CPM. The FREE refresher course requires a 9 month employment agreement.
