Bus Operator/Driver Wanted (New York City) New York City
- Location: New York City, New York, United States
Our Bus company is hiring experienced bus drivers to operate buses in Manhattan. Driver should have experience driving PASSENGER BUSES(example: a coach bus, school bus, etc.) Must have class B driver license with Passenger and Air Brakes Endorsements. Candidates must come with a current abstract and medical card.
-We offer $15 compensation per hour for a full time driver who is punctual and diligent.
-After 6 months of employment our drivers will get 1 paid sick day and one paid personal day.
-On one year anniversary a successful driver will get :
1.Five days paid vacation time
2. Christmas, Thanks Giving, 4th of July drivers who are working are getting one a half time pay for those days.
Responsibilities:
Driving a tour bus through Manhattan
Making multiple stops
Inspect their bus before and after the trip, and record any defects they find
Keep a log of their activities
Keep their bus, and associated equipment, clean and in good working order
