Our Technical Support Engineers provide phone, chat, and internet-based support to Intermedia customers, utilizing powerful desktop sharing tools to trouble-shoot email, hosted PBX, and other essential IT services. If you have experience providing end-user support for Business Applications (primarily Microsoft Exchange) or Hosted Voice Services (VoIP), you may be qualified to join our Operations team.
