IDG's TechNetwork is seeking a Web Developer with 2-3 years of experience who is passionate about web application development.

At IDG TechNetwork we are building web dashboards for reporting daily advertisement metrics like clicks, impressions, & revenue. This reporting system is being used by company's finance team & 100+ network publishers.

As a Web Developer you must possess the ability to produce clean, well-documented, efficient and standard-compliant code, and have an eye for performance optimization and the ability to efficiently troubleshoot.


Job Requirements :
As a part of our engineering team, you will be responsible for development & maintenance of dashboard/reporting tools & other projects. You daily responsibilities will include:

■ Requirement Analysis, you will gather Requirements for new features.
■ Contribute to the software architectural decision making.
■ Development of the new features for the existing web application.
■ Developing and maintaining Server Infrastructure.
■ Debugging/Troubleshooting the existing application.

Desired Skills and Experience:
■ Experience in backend development using PHP
■ Experience in Web Development using HTML, CSS & Javascript (jQuery).
■ Experience in source control like Git, a must.
■ Experience in Database development using MySQL/SQL
■ Experience in working with APIs
■ Strong understanding of Object Oriented Principles
■ Experience in Software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Bonus Points:
■ Knowledge of CakePHP OR any other MVC framework.
■ Experience OR Ability to learn C# OR Java.
■ Experience with MongoDB or any other NoSQL databases a plus
■ Experience with ExtJS.

Qualifications:
Bachelors in Computer Science OR 2-3 years of relevant experience
