Looking for Full Stack or Front End Programmer Partnership - (Brooklyn, NYC) New York City

We have recently launched Geniewebsolutions.com. We started in June and only put a few hours into this thing. We became Full Time in August. Up to date we sold 4 websites for $10,700.

We are an all in one, full service company, delivering Websites, Apps, Design, Consulting, Marketing and Public Relations. Our company has two partners at 50/50. We are currently paying $1,500 to freelancers to build e-commerce sites for our clients. We can cut down the cost to $750 if we have the extra time to gamble with India. Moreover, freelancers don't want to deal with listing products and all the small complicated stuff, therefore we have to do it; and that takes away time from making new sales.

A Full Time, Front End programmer is good, because you could do many jobs, but not all. This is why a Full Time, Full Stack programmer is better, because we can get all jobs done in house. We still need to hire photographers, customer service, salesman, designers, consultants, developers, and outsource the brainless jobs. However, a Full Time Programmer will cut out our biggest expenses, and keep the cash flow in the company.

We need a Full Time Programmer who can focus on delivering the websites and apps, so we can focus on sales. We are offering you a third of the company. The way it will work is you start building the new websites and fixing the old ones, and improve the company. You will start to receive your share of the money on the new projects, but you still have to help us close off the rest. Of course you will be sharing the costs with us, as well as the profits. The costs are low, so you will be seeing profit right away. If all goes well, and we all are making a lot more money with you on board, and you like what you see, we'll get the paperwork done and make it official.

The company will be equally owed by all three of us. The power will be equally divided as well. We all have to put Full Time work in. Make your own hours, just get the job done. You can work virtually from anywhere, but we would need you to meet with us in Brooklyn as needed. You would have to meet with the customers in person as well. Our coverage map so far is Brooklyn and the Jersey Shore. We want to increase sales in Brooklyn and New Jersey and expand to Manhattan. We have not sold any websites remotely yet. All of our sales have been door to door. For advertising, we are trying 3 months in the Community Magazine at $1,300 a month, they gave us the front page. We have a lot of great affordable advertising ideas to implement, but we need to see more sales first. We are going to hire a salesman on commission as soon as possible. We also still need to fix our own website as well.

The dream is to franchise. It would be great to make enough money, so we can replace ourselves and receive a large income for doing nothing, and move on to bigger and better things. In the meantime, we need to work at this business to make it happen. The business so far is looking great, but we need your help to make it awesome. Thank You
