We are a nationally expanding company that is passionate about bikes and we're looking for an experienced bike mechanic to grow with us!

Are you self motivated and love working on bicycles?

ob Details-

Responsibilities:
-Assemble, maintain and repair all assigned bicycles on a recurring schedule;
-Fill out a maintenance report for each bike
-Assemble and install bike racks and assorted hardware

Requirements:
-The ability to travel and transport bikes
-A close eye to detail
-Ability to self manage as you will be working independently, post training
-A complete tool set for all bicycle repair scenarios
-At least two years of professional shop experience (outside of your garage) that must be verifiable through reference
-Access to the internet at home and on the road via smartphone
-A desire and ability to continue working with us long-term

Bonus Points:
-Previous independent work experience
-Passion for sustainability and/or transportation.
-You prefer to ride your bike everywhere.

Pay:
You will be paid on piecework rates - efficient wrenches can make well above typical rates for bike shop mechanics.
