ARMED Security Guard Needed 40 hours week

Security Guard needed to walk 2 buildings we own near Arthur Ave and East 180th street in the Bronx. Buildings located near Saint Barnabas Hospital and Little Italy. Buildings are next to one another. Hours will vary during the week but will mainly consist of hours from 3PM 11PM. Shifts no longer than 8 hours and work week no longer than 40 hours a week. Pay is negotiable and dependent on experience level.
Right now we have a large number of vacant units we are renovating on site and mainly younger kids are breaking into and vandalizing units. Security Guard duties will include keeping these units free of any trouble makers and vandals. Also their duties will be to keep these buildings free of any illegal activities. Being presentable and pleasant to existing tenants.
