Equinox is seeking a Rockwall Pro for our state-of-the-art club location near Lincoln Center!

JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Responsibilities of the Rockwall Pro include:

-Overseeing the Rockwall areas; ensure that all equipment is used safely
-Assist members with climbing gear, instruction, and belaying
-Maintain a clean Rockwall area
-Examine Rockwall equipment prior to use; store properly at the end of shift
-Enforce all member and employee policies, rules and regulations
-Adhere to safety practices and policies
-Respond to members' concerns, suggestions and complaints in a timely, professional manner
-Offer the highest level of member and employee service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude

QUALIFICATIONS
-At least 2 years of experience in rock climbing, including belaying
-High School graduate or equivalent
-First Aid training, CPR/AED
-Strong desire to work in Fitness industry
-Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends
