Seeking Sales Assistant Customer Service - (Inwood / Wash Hts, NY) Inwood

I'm looking for a Right Hand- Sales Assistant (MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE TO SOMETIMES DRIVE) to accompany and assist me FULL TIME on my busy routes.
My company is Shear Integrity NYC. We sell to and service Beauty Salons in the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, and CT.) The goal is to service as many customers as possible on route in any given area. Our products pretty much sell themselves so there is no real pressure to push them. The job is to organize, solicit and service as many customers with the highest quality and care without distractions. Our client base already exists and our reputation is one of the best in the industry. You must be Pro-Active and easily trained to pick up all the slack and help make this business run as smooth and efficiently as possible. Making $50-$100 in an hour is not unusual or more accurately in a single stop regardless of who makes the sales, but can you do it all day every day? You must have a good Work Ethic, be Goal Oriented, Trainable, able to Work Independently as well as part of a team environment and above all else, be good with people. If you are the right individual I will help see that it happens. Let me be perfectly clear, the more I pay means the more we are earning! That does not mean we quit at noon because you feel you've earned enough money for the day . . . NO SLACKERS!
