Nigel Frank is looking for inside sales representatives to join our NYC team. You will be selling our high end recruitment services to both clients and candidates in this particularly specialized IT sector (Microsoft business technologies). You truly will become an expert with regard to your technology, become able to find these highly sought after candidates and manage an interview process from beginning to end. You have full ownership over your own deals and building out your territory as much as possible. (This means no splitting commission!)

We will provide you with the training, support and one-on-one mentorship needed to succeed in sales. There is a clear path for growth, moving up to senior sales positions and management roles, so we're looking for candidates who want a sales CAREER. The best candidate will be eager to learn and hit the phones and, of course, hungry to succeed!
