Job Title: eCommerce Coordinator

Responsibilities
• Write copy and upload online listings for a revolving inventory of pre-owned luxury items including handbags, jewelry, and apparel.
• Post to store website as well as third party partner sites.
• Maintain and update inventory levels across all mediums.
• Rotate inventory across third party sites as needed.
• Produce accurate and creative listings to describe merchandise.
• Work closely with product to take accurate measurements, assess condition and identify/describe any flaws.
• Ability to prep items for sale on the sales floor.
• Ability to produce the required number of viewing-ready listings per work period.

Requirements
• Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing.
• Knowledge of high fashion/luxury is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Positive and hardworking attitude.
• Detail oriented.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn a variety of listing programs across different sites.
