As a Sales Associate with Cycle Gear, your main focus will be to achieve excellent sales and customer service -- routinely meet and exceed customer needs by providing needed products and information as well as answering customer questions. Other essential duties include:

Meet or exceed all personal sales goals.
Assist in merchandising activities -- check-in and tag merchandise, ensure proper placement and display of merchandise on the sales floor, and assist in completion of markdowns and price updates as needed.
Assist with mounting tires as needed and prepare batteries for installation.
Assist in the maintenance of store presentation according to Cycle Gear standards.

As a Merchandiser with Cycle Gear, your main focus will be on back-room operations and inventory management. Other essential duties for this position may include:

Meet or exceed all personal sales goals.
Sales and customer service -- routinely meet and exceed customer needs by providing needed products and answering customer questions.
Being accountable for all incoming and outgoing inventory.
Check-in and tag merchandise, ensure proper placement and display of merchandise on the sales floor, and assist in completion of markdowns and price updates as needed.

As a Keyholder with Cycle Gear, you will be responsible for preparation and process of outgoing shipments, assist in the maintenance of store and back-room presentation in accordance with Cycle Gear standards, place special orders for vendors, have a shared responsibility for managing all aspects of store operations while leading a team of Retail Sales Team Members in absence of the management team. The Key-holder will be responsible for the following essential functions:

Sales generation and Customer Service -- maximizing sales and profits while minimizing costs.
Maintain store presentation to Cycle Gear standards.
Provide excellent customer service utilizing the Seven Sales Steps and five Key Team Member Standards.
Personnel management and promotion -- recruiting Retail Sales Team Members, staffing the store within wage budgets, and providing an environment conducive to employee development and that exemplifies Cycle Gear's mission.
