Sous Chef
Duties Include:
Managing the line for service
Maintaining quality standards
Guiding and training cooks
Closing down the kitchen properly
Working and managing Banquets - A Huge Plus!
Requirements:
At least two years' experience in management
Working in 2*(NYT) restaurant or better - preferred
Compensation: Salary, competitive based on experience
