Top Chef alum and author of "Good Fat Cooking", Chef Franklin Becker, has opened Little Beet Table, along with former Catch Chef, Henji Chueng- his gluten-free, healthy sit down concept version of his wildly popular fast casual restaurant the Little Beet in Midtown Manhattan. The Little Beet Table is an intimate 84-seat farm to table restaurant focusing on bright, fresh flavors and an exciting cocktail program featuring all natural ingredients. We are happy to be growing and we only want the BEST to grow with us!
