Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto's signature restaurant Morimoto is now seeking a talented Manager!

Morimoto is a collaboration between celebrated Chef Masaharu Morimoto and esteemed restaurateur Stephen Starr. Designed by world renowned architect Tadao Ando, the restaurant features a Modern Japanese menu in an extraordinary open kitchen, a 24-seat sushi bar, and a tranquil but dramatic dining room and lounge.

We seek dynamic Managers with:

- 3+ years of progressive management experience in a finer dining, reputable restaurant in NYC;
- Strong financial acumen with the proven ability to oversee cost control, labor management, and bottom line profitability;
- Strong leadership skills and experience in hiring, training, and mentoring a team of hourly staff;
- Ability to drive performance and success;
- Strong culinary and wine & spirits knowledge, preferably in Asian cuisine;
- Prior familiarity with POS, ALOHA & OpenTable software systems;
- A passion for food, service, and hospitality, with an absolute commitment to excellence!
