The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of management experience (Quick Service experience preferred) as well as a hands-on mentality working in the trenches flawlessly executing all systems and processes. Applications must be submitted online.

Liquiteria is New York City's best destination for Cold Pressed Juice, Juice Cleanses, and Superfood Smoothies. In the past year, we have expanded from our original location in the East Village to 4 stores, with even more coming in the next few months.

Our General Managers work with an energetic and talented team to bring healthy food and beverage alternatives to the NYC community. The Liquiteria team has a passion for customer service that inspires our guests to become lifelong friends.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Maintain the warmest and most sincere level of hospitality to ensure every guest feels cared for

-Elevate all aspects of the operation to the highest quality levels possible

-Lead and direct the entire team to achieve the annual business objectives

-Grow, develop, and coach all players on the team

-Achieve positive financial results

-Develop local, corporate, and vendor relationships

-Manage all aspects of the store, front-of-the house and back-of-the-house operations in a hands-on capacity
