Chalk Point Kitchen - FOH Manager Needed - (SoHo, NYC)

Chalk Point Kitchen, a locally sourced, organic & sustainable "market to table" SoHo restaurant & The Handy Liquor Bar, a cocktail lounge & piano bar are looking to hire additional Management, Server and Busser Positions.

Requirements:
- 2 years experience
- Passion for food, creativity and innovation
- Be hands-on, team-oriented with a outgoing personality
- Exemplary communication skills
- Exceptional Leadership
- Knowledge of nutrition and healthy eating a plus
- Knowledge of CSA and local New York farm and produce purveyors a plus

Other attributes we are looking for:
- Natural communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of HarborTouch, Micros, Aloha and OpenTable is beneficial
- Excellent People skills
- Well-spoken, friendly and outgoing
- Reliable, flexible and a team player
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Be humble, hard-working, and a team player
- Have a supreme understanding and awareness of food safety and maintaining compliance with the Health Department
- Have the desire to be a firm but fair leader who wants to see their employees grow and achieve success
- Be cool under pressure and a people person who leads by example
- Have a "do it yourself before you pick up the phone to call someone to fix something" attitude
- Open availability -- including some weekends -- to work
