GZ Brokers, is looking to hire 7 new real estate agents to be part of our new, dynamic hybrid-agent training program.

One might ask, "What is a hybrid agent?"

• A hybrid agent is an agent who is formally trained in both sales and rentals from the very onset of their career. Do not get pinned down operating as just a rental agent when there is so much more to the business, not to mention the increase in compensation. . .

• A GZB hybrid agent will have the opportunity to become fully trained by our firm's top producing Broker, who has been affiliated with the real estate industry for eight years and is well respected all throughout the greater New York State area.

• Details include:

No Desk fees, Up to 75% commission splits and a specialized one on one mentorship program.
