A prominent South Brooklyn Real Estate Agency (City Express Realty LLC) is seeking Real Estate Agents with or without experience for a full time sales position. The position will encompass the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties as well as retail and residential leasing.Your affiliation will be with City Express co-founder and Real Estate industry veteran responsible for the closed commercial and residential transactions valued over one billion dollars, Andrey Yanoff. Daily responsibilities will include: Interacting with and helping people; Negotiating the best terms and price for your client; Understanding real estate contracts and consummating necessary signatures; Keeping track of important deadlines throughout the transaction; networking, making calls, and building relationships and client base. We will teach you everything you need to know. You will only need a willingness to learn & become licensed. Ideal candidates must possess strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; must be self-disciplined, motivated with excellent work ethic and ability to work independently.
