GET PAID TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE! WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR YEAR ROUND POSITIONS. NY's largest environmental and consumer advocacy organization is hiring students, recent grads, and others to work on a statewide campaign to stop hydrofracking, a dangerous gas drilling practice that threatens to contaminate our drinking water with toxic chemicals and radioactive material.
The position is ideal for college students who are interested in a job that provides valuable organizing and public speaking skills in a campaign environment as well as for recent graduates interested in a career in public interest work or preparing for law or graduate school. The ideal candidate is energetic and has good communication skills and a strong concern for environmental and social justice issues. Prior campaign experience is a plus and there are rapid advancement opportunities for qualified individuals.
Earn $500-$700 per week as you build support to protect the environment and organize your community into a powerful political force.
