To be considered, please have the following :-

- New York State HHA or PCA certificate
- Photo ID
- Social security card
- Recent (Less than 1 Year) full physical
- PPD
- Rubella and Rubeola titers
- Drug screening
- 3 professional work references
- The ability to understand, read, and write English as needed for the job
- Reliable Transportation, Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance is a HUGE PLUS and you will get PRIORITY CONSIDERATION

All applicants will be required to do a pre-employment background-check and drug screening.
