About the Opportunity
A recognized school system is actively seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) for promising position with their growing staff. In this role, the Physical Therapist (PT) will be responsible for treating school aged children on Long Island in the comfort of their own homes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a diligent and dedicated licensed professional to gain valuable work experience while furthering their career with an established school system. The individual in this position will work through Bridge Travel Healthcare, a division of The Execu|Search Group. Expanded Job Description
Dealing with an age range of 5 to 18 years old, the Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Care will be responsible for:

Treating kids with special needs inside their homes
Maintaining progress notes
Providing updated progress notes
Required Skills
6+ months of Physical Therapy experience (recent graduates accepted!)
Master's Degree in related field
NYS Physical Therapist (PT) license
NYS fingerprints
Previous Pediatric experience
Patient oriented
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
