Oscar's Inside Sales Team is a group of licensed agents that assist prospective Oscar members in finding suitable health insurance plans, getting their health insurance questions answered, and enrolling through the various health insurance application channels available in New York, New Jersey, California and Texas.

The Inside Sales Team values quality and consistency across all consumer interactions and is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to listen to recorded agent calls, provide feedback, and calculate quality scores.

Responsibilities:

*Complete an in-depth training on Oscar's product, scripts, and quality assurance measurements.
*Remotely listen to and score randomly selected calls
*Check-ins to calibrate call scores with Oscar's Quality Assurance Team
*Create Quality reports for managers and agents

Requirements:
*Quick learner who is not afraid to ask questions
*Excellent at giving constructive feedback
*Ability to work independently and proactively with good time management skills
*Interested in improving quality and contributing to the growth of a new sales team
*Reliable and self-motivated
*Having health insurance experience is a major plus as it will make getting up to speed on Oscar faster and easier

This position is remote and temporary. It will run from hire date until February 5th, 2016
