Seeking Investor Relations Consultant - (Murray Hill, NYC) New York City

Grayling is seeking a highly motivated, full-time candidate for the position of Investor Relations Consultant in the firm's Latin America focused investor relations practice group located at its offices in New York City. Grayling is a leading international investor relations, public relations, corporate communications, public affairs and events management consultancy, providing advisory services to publicly listed and private companies, non-profit organizations, and governments around the world. For this position Spanish language fluency skills are a must.

As an Investor Relations Consultant in the Latin America group, the individual will be responsible for assisting senior professional staff in the areas of client servicing and support for Latin American clients. The candidate will assist with both retainer and project based assignments covering financial communications, investor and media outreach, roadshows and events, quantitative and qualitative based research, collateral materials development, database management and more.


Qualifications:

- Fluent in Spanish
- IR agency or internal corporate IR experience
- College graduate with a solid understanding of finance
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Solid verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to prioritize and work across a wide range of projects
- Experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Take ownership of projects delegated from senior management and see them through to a timely satisfactory solution. Someone who has a genuine interest in the global capital markets and is prepared to go the 'extra yard' to ensure a job well done and provide a high quality of service. Job will require client work sometimes to be completed outside normal offices hours (urgent client needs, events, etc.). Some travel required.
