Emerging Media: It's what you get when you combine brainy, passionate, hard working individuals with the most disruptive companies in the world. As a CONNECT4 Intern learning PR, MKTG, BRAND and SOCIAL, you'll be contributing to day-to-day agency tasks like Emerging Media's social media, writing, client relations, media relations, media monitoring and research, and most importantly, making incredible connections. Your marketing and communications skills will be center stage for the world to see, so you better bring your A game every day! Familiarity with the PR discipline through past coursework or past internship experience is a plus, but not necessarily a deal breaker. We know that the learning never truly stops.

Requirements:

The desire to make PR & Marketing your future career
Martha Stewart-like attention to detail, including grammar and spelling
Ability to think on your feet and move a million miles a minute (we have to keep up with our amazing disruptor clients!)
An entrepreneurial mindset and approach to work with a positive, can-do attitude
Superior organizational skills
Fluent in Mac/Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:

Maintain Emerging Media's social media
Research and trend analysis
Media monitoring for our agency and clients
Keep Emerging Media's events calendar up to date to include all the hottest professional events to attend
Develop client media lists, editorial calendars, speaking opps and awards calendars
Participate in collaborative brainstorms

If you live in or within commuting distance of NYC or Nyack, NY (Rockland County)
