Job Description:

Innerspace Electronics is looking for a warehouse clerk. This person will have many duties including but not limited to:

• Inventory Control Systems:
o Receive all incoming warehouse shipments and maintain receiving logs
o Maintain warehouse inventory program by recording all incoming and outgoing equipment
o Place all incoming warehouse shipments in proper equipment area
o Perform daily spot inventory check on small parts and complete appropriate paperwork
• Project Management Systems:
o Check existing inventory against all Purchase Orders prior to ordering
o Pull equipment for each project and complete Bills of Lading
o Re-enter Product Returned From Field data and return equipment to proper warehouse area
o Follow each Work Order through completion to assure that equipment returned to warehouse has been re-entered into inventory
• Warehouse Maintenance & Field Work:
o Maintain organized, clean warehouse
o Make deliveries as necessary
o Package and label outgoing shipments as necessary

• Someone with strong organizational skills
• Someone with excellent communication skills
• Someone with basic computer skills

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Degree or equivalent
• Must speak English
• This job requires lifting moderate to heavy objects
• Commute to Port Chester, NY must be less than one hour
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
