Seeking part time associate w/ court room experience - remote position - (Midtown, NYC)

Boutique Midtown Litigation Firm with a focus on Real Estate and Commercial Litigation seeks an associate for a part time position. The position has flexible hours and will allow the candidate to work remotely. Perfect for practitioners who would like to supplement their practice or for a practitioner who can only devote part of their time for personal reasons. Looking for an associate who has 2-5 years experience (however recent graduates will be considered if they have had some substantive experience working with a litigation law firm), with practical court room experience and has the ability to write complex papers for State and/or Federal Court proceedings. The position will be project based at first and for the right candidate can lead to a full time position. Must be available for making court appearances when needed and generating papers within a strict deadline. Salary commensurate with experience. Supreme Court and Landlord Tenant experience is a big plus but not required. Only attorneys admitted to practice in New York need apply.
