Job Description:

We are currently looking for several janitorial technicians with retail cleaning experience to work part-time during the day. Hours vary from depending on location. We have several locations throughout Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn that need to be filled with only the best candidates. The ideal candidate would be experienced, energetic, detail oriented, motivated, able to work independently or as a team. The individual must be able to follow directions and complete all assigned tasks within the time allotted.

Responsibilities

Dusting
Mopping
Vacuuming
Cleaning restrooms
Cleaning windows
Cleaning all vents and baseboards
Removing all trash
Some locations have specialty cleaning tasks

The pay rate is $9.00 per hour.

Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check prior to being hired.

The Flooring division manages all installation, repairs, refinishing, and materials. We currently provide cleaning, flooring, and emergency services for approximately 25 retailers, specializing in the development of open to close programs for their clients locations. The employees who make up the team at W Services Group all have varying years of experience in the retail services market. The individual experience levels range from 5 to 25 years per employee working exclusively in developing, rolling out, and successfully managing cleaning, repair and installation projects and programs for national specialty retail chains. We have a full understanding of the retailers need to have high quality services performed by qualified technicians who have been properly trained and performance assessed through documented training and follow up programs. Our structure is designed around our customers. It is a basic organic approach where our personnel are empowered to make decisions and resolve issues in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction in a rapidly changing environment.
