Package Sorter Needed - (queen, NYC)

Freight Coordinator position: may include a variety of duties such as hand unloading of small packages from trailers, package sorting, package handling, shrink wrapping pallets, loading trucks with palatalized or bagged freight.

Warehouse Freight Coordinator responsibilities include:
Loading and unloading trucks with pallet jack
Scanning and sorting palletized freight into routes
Assisting drivers with scanning and loading cargo vans
Warehouse cleaning and maintenance, both inside facility and on the surrounding sidewalks

Must be computer literate, able to work weekends and some holidays, able to pass background check and drug screening, must be punctual and reliable, must be able to lift 70lbs and stand for entire shift.

Hours are 1:00am to 8:00am 9am 5 days a week (part time)
Schedule is adjusted every 2 weeks, all employees work either Saturday, Sunday, or both.
Rate is $9.00 per hour.
Warehouse is in Long Island City, NY, easily accessible by mass transit.

*Must Be willing to work WEEKENDS!*
