National janitorial company is looking for reliable people to join our team and provide commercial cleaning services in a pleasant retail location in Brooklyn, NY. Part-time position available. Must pass background check, be personable, and have a neat appearance. English / Spanish skills required.

Primary duties:
* Clean restrooms
* Clean and maintain common areas
* Vacuum common areas and private offices
* Refill supplies and dispensers
* Empty wastebaskets throughout the facility
* Mop / scrub floors
* Clean using appropriate methods, equipment and chemicals
* Other cleaning duties as assigned

Ttrabajos a realizar
* Limpieza de baños
* Limpiar y mantener las areas comunes
* Aspirar alfombras en areas comunes y Oficina
* Surtir suministros en Los baños
* Recoger basura
* Trapear y limpiar areas con napo o maqunas
* Limpiar utizando Los productos y metodos apropiados
* Cual otra responsabilidad o yare sera asignada.


Requirements:
* Must be 18
* Must be able to routinely lift/move 20 to 40 lbs.
Requisitos:
* Ser mayor de 18 años
* Poder levantar objectos entre 20 a 40 libras.
