Looking for a houseman for a property in Long Island, Manhasset. This person should preferably live in queens in the Jackson Heights, Flushing area for an easy commute.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Lifting and moving furniture, can be heave at times.
-Clean floors, vacuum carpets, mop, and sweep.
-Should be able to learn quick.

Must be able to follow instructions and do things the way they are told.
Must speak english
Must be eligible to work legally in the US

Wages start at $12.00 per hour with overtime possible. MUST be able to work weekends when needed, but normal schedule is Monday to Friday 7:30 to 4:30.
