We are a growing Merchant Services company seeking an exceptional Client Services Account Manager to manage personable relationships with clientele, conduct credit card terminal support and coordinate document flow.

Ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is an organized and goal oriented individual who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, and can maintain professional composure during a difficult situation. Proficiency with Google Apps, Excel, and Word documents are a must.

Job Requirements:
• Outstanding interpersonal and written/verbal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Google Apps, Outlook, Word, and Internet navigation
• Excellent communication and follow-through skills
• Excellent time management and organization
• Team player with a strong work ethic and "can do" attitude

Prefer:
• 2 years' experience in Merchant Services
