Luxury Day Spa Seeking Front Desk Associates! - (Midtown East, NYC) New York City

Bliss 49 is seeking Concierge Associates to work the front desk and provide top-notch guest services, create a stress-free environment and use a fun-filled flair to sell products to our guests. Responsible for meeting and greeting guests, checking guests in and out, resolving guest concerns, and use your 'glow-how' to educate our guests on our spa-strength retail products.
Must be well spoken, have a welcoming attitude, sensitive to guest needs.
Must be able to work evenings/weekends and have a flexible schedule.The spa is open from 8am-10pm, 7 days a week.
Must have Spa/Hospitality experience
Must have retail experience.
Complete verbal, written and understanding of English is a must.
