We are a fast growing Energy company and we are currently looking to hire two Customer Service Reps. Some Customer service experience is preferred but not necessary as we will train the right candidates.

Duties include but are not limited to:

-Appointment setting
-Handling Customer Service questions/issues effectively

You MUST:

-Have Good Communication skills
-Know how to handle an Irate consumer
-Be pro active
-Work with minimal supervision
-Be a TEAM PLAYER
-Be Able To Handle high volume calls
-Be time punctual
